I had such an awesome experience at The Smile Lounge in Grand Prairie! From my very first phone call, I knew this office was different.
DJ was incredibly welcoming, cheerful, and helpful. I was looking for a dentist who was in-network with my insurance and needed a cleaning. Because I've had unpleasant surprises with costs at other dental offices in the past, I had quite a few questions. DJ made me feel completely comfortable asking them and took the time to make sure I understood everything before my appointment. I actually almost canceled because I thought my copay was going to be too high, but DJ went the extra mile and texted me to let me know that I would have no copay. That meant so much to me!
When I arrived for my appointment, I was pleasantly surprised by the office. It is beautiful, welcoming, and has such a nice atmosphere. Everyone was just getting back from lunch when I arrived, and I immediately noticed how happy and friendly everyone was. I finally got to meet DJ in person, and she was just as wonderful and helpful as she had been on the phone!
There was hardly any wait before I was called back. They did my scans, X-rays, and all the pictures needed for my first visit. Dr. Daniels then came in for my assessment, and she was absolutely wonderful. I also loved hearing the story behind her practice it made me appreciate The Smile Lounge even more.
Then Tam, my hygienist, took care of my cleaning. I was nervous, and she could tell. She was gentle, patient, asked questions throughout the process, and continually made sure I was comfortable. She was great!
One thing that really stood out to me was the atmosphere among the staff. You can genuinely tell that everyone gets along and enjoys working there. That kind of positive environment starts at the top. Dr. Daniels has built an amazing team, and I believe it reflects the kind, caring, and genuine person she is.
